A Broom That Can Stand By Itself and Book Buddy Time

Concord School was pretty pumped up as we saw some brooms standing by themselves this morning.
Lots of stories were flying about how this is possible.  Some said it's because of Leap Year, some said because the equinox is coming, and some said it's because the planets are lined up and the change in the pull of gravity allows this.  In any case, we heard that this will only occur until March 20th.

Well, I checked my favorite snopes.com, and according to it, a broom can stand like this any old time.  We'll have to try it!!!
