All About Me Books and 3rd Grade Book Buddies...

Today we finished our All About Me books!

Letter of the Day and A Visit To The Library

Today our Letter of the Day was Ee.

We also had our first visit to the library.  We met Mrs. Graef, our lovely librarian.  Each kiddo should have a new library book in his/her backpack.  Please return these to school next Wednesday, and he/she will get to check out a new book.  We will always visit the library on Wednesdays.

Free Choice and A Lil' Math Homework...

Instead of going outside for recess on Tuesdays and Thursdays, our class has free choice.  This is a chance for me to work one-on-one with kids, and for them to get to enjoy the different areas of our classroom.

Silvio and Emma are at the art center. 

Little bit of math homework is on the Please Return side of your child's folder. 

This is a great way to check your child's understanding of concepts we've been working on.

Today in math, we worked on telling our left hand from our right hand. 
That's a doozy for this time of the year, and these kiddos did AWESOME!!!
