What Do You Call a Kindergartner in Mrs. Cooksey's Class in May?
One Smart Cook(s)ie!!!!! This is the writing rubric that we use in kindergarten. That last one says "Reread your sentence."
We do a writing assessment once a quarter, and we put them all together on a poster at the end. Look how our writing has changed....

ReplyDeleteMy favorite dessert is chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Have you ever had Ben & Jerry's Phish Food ice cream or a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Blizzard from Dairy Queen? Yummy, yummy in my tummy!
Wow! Were they even writing anything besides their name when they started Kindergarten in August? It is amazing how much they have learned. Great job everyone - all your hard work this year is paying off!! CJ mom
